Applicant will be part of the facilities maintenance team and must be able to perform independently. Applicant should be self-sufficient/motivated and also being able to contribute to a team effort. Applicant should not have fear of heights or of confined spaces. Applicant should be capable of working in extreme conditions (heat-cold-wet-muddy-etc) Applicant must provide comprehensive set of hand tools.
Key Performance Characteristics
This is a full-time position with minimal travel. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting between 7-8 a.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
